Registration process

1. Filling out the sign-up form

Fill out the application form below to apply for the fall semester of 2024/25. The start date of the fall semester is September 16, 2024. Depending on the specific group, there may be an opportunity to join after the group has started, subject to available spaces.

To apply for the spring semester of 2024/25, fill out the application form below. The start date of the spring semester is February 13, 2025. Depending on the specific group, there may be some cases where joining is possible, again subject to available spaces.

To apply for the full academic year of 2024/25, fill out the application form below. The start date of the academic year is September 16, 2024. Depending on the specific group, there may be some cases where joining is possible, also subject to available spaces.

2. Confirmation and reservation

After submitting the application, you will receive a confirmation email to the provided email addresses within a few days.

3. Waiting list (if applicable)

Spaces are limited. When a session reaches its capacity, we will open a waiting list. If a spot becomes available, it will be filled in the order of applications on the waiting list. If a spot does not become available but there is enough interest to form another group, a new group will be initiated. Parents will be notified about both possibilities and the status of the waiting list.

4. Participation requirements

When signing up, you must accept our School Policy, as well as the General Terms and Conditions, a copy of which must also be signed (on e-mail) by the parent. The Skillful Friends General Terms and Conditions (GTC), and the current School Policy and our Privacy Policy can be viewed in the Documents menu.

5. Application and payment deadlines

The application period is at the beginning of the fall semester (July 1 - September 7) and the beginning of the spring semester (January 24-February 7). It is possible to join outside of the application period, subject to available spaces. Inquire via email for further information.

6. Payment method

Payment can be made via bank transfer. In the case of a bank transfer, we will send an invoice containing all the necessary information for the transfer.
