1. For monthly installment payments: 38,500 HUF /month

The fee for our sessions with 2 sessions per week, each lasting 45 minutes, is 38,500 HUF per person per month, regardless of the number of sessions in a given month (public holidays, school breaks).

One semester consists of 5 months and 16 sessions of 2 x 45 minutes. The total fee for one semester is: 5 x 38,500 HUF = 192,500 HUF.

2. Semester fee (for one-time payment): 175,000 HUF (autumn semester)

Semester fee with a commitment for the whole semester, paid in one lump sum: 175,000 HUF /semester

There is an option to pay the semester tuition fee in one lump sum, with a commitment for the whole semester: the fee for this is equivalent to a discounted monthly installment of 35,000 HUF.

3. Annual fee (for one-time payment): 340,000 HUF (autumn and spring semester)

Annual fee with a commitment for the whole academic year, paid in one lump sum: 340,000 HUF/year

There is an option to pay the full annual fee in one lump sum, with a commitment for the whole academic year: the fee for this is equivalent to a discounted monthly installment of 34,000 HUF.

One academic year consists of 10 months and 32 sessions of 2 x 45 minutes.

Application and payment deadlines

The application period takes place at the beginning of the fall semester (July 1 - September 7) and at the beginning of the spring semester (January 24 - February 7). It is also possible to join outside of the application period, depending on available spaces.

After submitting the application, we will send an email confirmation to the parent's email address provided in the application within a maximum of 2 working days. The confirmation email will contain the information needed for payment. Our reservation system holds the spot for the applicant for two weeks from the time of the online application confirmation. During this period—no later than September 7—the fees for the chosen sessions must be paid. For the spring semester, the latest payment date is February 7. If the payment is not made by the deadline, you will need to request to keep your spot if you wish to maintain the reservation.

Payment method

The payment can be made by bank transfer. In the case of a bank transfer, we will send an invoice that contains all the necessary information for the transfer. 

What discounts are available?

1. Loyalty commitment of one semester :

With a one-time payment, we offer a lower tuition fee of 175,000 HUF per semester.

This can be combined with the "Doubling" and "Tripling" packages, as well as the "Sibling discount". In this case, we multiply the discounted monthly fee by 5.

2. Loyalty commitment for the whole academic year:

With a one-time payment, we offer a lower tuition fee of 340,000 HUF per school year.

This can be combined with the "Double" and "Triple" packages, as well as the "Sibling discount". In this case, we multiply the discounted monthly fee by 10.

3. Doubling package:

If a student participates in two out of the six sessions offered for their grade in the same semester, we offer a lower tuition fee. (35,000 HUF/month instead of 38,500 HUF/month)

4. Tripling package:

If a student participates in three out of the six sessions offered for their grade in the same semester, we offer a lower tuition fee. (33,000 HUF/month instead of 38,500 HUF/month)

5. Sibling discount:

If siblings apply (with the same payer), we offer a lower tuition fee. (35,000 HUF/month instead of 38,500 HUF/month) The discount applies if at least two siblings study simultaneously at Skillful Friends, regardless of the group or subject.

Cancellation conditions

For monthly installment payments: Once the payment for the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic year has been made, it cannot be canceled after September 5, 2024. In this case, our students will already receive our own developed textbooks and access to digital learning materials for the first semester. 

For lump sum payment with a commitment for one semester: There is an option to pay the semester tuition fee in one lump sum with a commitment for the semester. In this case, the fee for the sessions is discounted, and the payment deadline is September 5, 2024. In this case, our students will already receive our own access to digital learning materials for the first semester. For lump sum payment with a commitment for the whole academic year: There is an option to pay the full tuition fee for the academic year in one lump sum with a commitment for the whole year. In this case, the fee for the sessions is discounted, and the payment deadline is September 10, 2024. If students with a commitment for the whole academic year decide not to continue the classes in the second semester (spring semester) for any reason, they must inform us in writing by January 23, 2025, at the following email address: info@skillfulfriends.hu Cancellation conditions: Before January 23, 2025, refund: 165.000 HUF (spring semester tuition fee reduced by the difference between the half-year and annual loyalty period) .
